Yesterday i made these Red Velvet Hummingbird Bakery Cupcakes, they are very yummy. i had some help too from my temporary assistant Josie, but she seems to like licking the bowl more(she's only 7).

Olivia's Birthday Giant Cupcake

for our friend Olivia's Birthday we made a GIANT cupcake, she loves cupcakes and she loved this one too.
we used a pyrex bowl  to make the cupcake shape...but since then we have a Giant Cupcake mold so were soon to give that a go.
